The Family Outreach Program
Rhode Island's Home Visiting Program
The Family Outreach Program helps families with young children. Our home visitors are caring professionals who are available to visit with families during the day, in the evening, and on the weekend.
The Family Outreach Program is a program of the Rhode Island Department of Health funded in partnership with the Rhode Island Department of Human Services.
